Project
Wael’s Pharmacy has been trading in its current location for over 10 years. After a pharmacy conference Wael decided that he wanted to go with the Wholelife Brand. The reason why was the point of difference brand and was impressed with what they had to offer (range) but still include the pharmacy. Future of where customers want by preventing medical conditions and the rise of vegan and vegetarian diets.
Wael is trying to capture a broader range for clients looking for special dietary requirements, lifestyle choice due to medical conditions and people who want to ethically eat healthier.
Whytehall once again has delivered the first concept Wholelife Pharmacy Brand to Victoria for the Sigma group of companies.
We were responsible for the full internal fit out including all joinery elements made in house in our factory in Clayton.
As being a Pharmacy with no shutdown time the fit out was staged so that business could still trade only effecting 10 to15% drop in Scripts and Sales.
Wael’s favourite elements of the new fit out are the ambience, health side, colours and presentation. The shop size has increased from 128 square meters to 320 square meters giving him more space to move around to respond to the emotional side responses of customers.
Early stage sales are up and script counts are up. The number of new faces have increased. Wael is hoping for a bigger catchment to attract more people.
Positive feedback has been received from existing clients.
Wael and the staff are feeling a lot more revitalised since there work place has been updated.
Wael is hoping to achieve growth and a new broader offer based on destination to get scripts & health food for convenience.
Whytehall have recently completed 3 fit outs for our Franchise Partners across 3 formats, Amcal+ Life Clinic, Amcal+, Wholelife Pharmacy.
They have expert and a comprehensive understanding of the requirements of the pharmacy regulations and legislation.
They listen to what the client wants and constantly and expertly marry this with the brand requirements to develop a design that meets all requirements for the stakeholders.
During the projects, the work sites were kept impeccably as they worked around customers during trading hours, always conscious of efficiency and safety.
They are easy to work with, always available, responding promptly to all requests.
