Pascoe Vale RSL
The Client
The Pascoe Vale RSL is dedicated to providing a continually changing and safe venue that welcomes, entertains and satisfies all patrons. The RSL aims to provide friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere for all members and visitors.
We are open from 10am, seven days a week. The RSL is a great place to meet friends, have a meal in our bistro, enjoy quality live entertainment and watch sport on the big TVs. We have a variety of activities on throughout the week ranging from bingo, 60’s & Overs club, raffles, member draws, happy hours and much more.
The Pascoe Vale RSL remains strongly committed to supporting our veterans through our Pension and Welfare office and raising funds during our Appeals and throughout the year
Project
As the start of major renovation works to Pascoe Vale RSL, Whytehall was engaged by BSPN Architects to carry out a full bathroom renovation and air conditioning upgrade to the premises. Top quality fixtures and fitting we used in this Bathroom Upgrade. Renovation was carried out inside a full hoarding so the general public were protected from the works around them. As for the air conditioning upgrade a 20 tonne Mobile Crane was used with full traffic management and overhead power line disconnection due to the road location of the RSL and with 3 x mobile towers to avoid as well. With Whytehall’s experience with these difficult sites we were able to co-ordinate all these works seamlessly and on time.
