Eastland’s culinary heart can be found in its Town Square, a vibrant cornerstone for the destination, with more than 60 offerings in dining and hospitality.
Our community can also delight in The Arcade, which showcases myriad up and coming brands in a space inspired by Melbourne’s iconic laneways.
Eastland’s recent $665m transformation is helping to invigorate the urban centre of Maroondah, a 110,000 strong, 61 square kilometre district to the east of Melbourne. Located at the gateway to the Yarra Valley, the Eastland has revitalised the region.
Project
Whytehall’s close working relationship QIC who run Eastland led to a request for fitout works to their new Food Court Area. All of the works were carried out of hours and staged to minimize the impact of works to the general public. All demolition waste had to be wheel barrowed out of the area via loading dock as there was no area for a rubbish bin. Stone Work, Metalwork, Upholstery, Plants was procured and managed by Whytehall. Joinery was also manufactured in Whytehall’s in house manufacturing facility based in Melbourne. Whytehall still continues to deliver projects on time that are good quality for QIC.
